Pál Belényesi，匈牙利国际环境和竞争研究所所长，欧盟竞争法、创新政策领域的专家，曾长期担任欧盟委员会竞争法律师。

Pál Belényesi is Legal and EU policy expert with experience in Brussels, covering competition, institutional and public law, regulation (telecoms, infrastructure, water management) and research & development policy. Over five years practice in Blue chip companies in strategy, sales and general management. Regular conference speaker and university lecturer. As advisor to the European Regulators Group’s (ERG) President in 2007-2008, led negotiations with European telecoms/communication regulators and the European Commission, raising the group’s profile. Instrumental in preparing and holding speeches, position papers, internal briefings on specific technical matters, political developments and their wider implications. Innovative developer and international negotiator with experience in Europe and beyond.
