摘要：In this paper, we estimate the quality of exports in China in 2000. We then use this measure of quality and investigate the impact of ethnic diversity on the quality of exports. We find that ethnic diversity has a negative impact on the quality of exports. However, the quality of products in homogenous sectors can be higher in more diverse regions. Education attainment raises the quality of exports, but could have insignificant impact or lower the quality of products.
