Ulrich Blum教授是德国哈勒大学经济学与法学学院终身讲席教授，哈勒经济研究院前任院长，德国著名经济学家，在经济学、低碳经济学领域著作颇丰，在国际范围内具有较高的学术地位。Ulrich Blum教授此次来访我校，将举行两场学术演讲，并为我校师生介绍低碳经济研究高端国际合作项目，并征求项目参与候选人。
