开放经济与公共财政研究中心

　　中心简介

　　对外经济贸易大学开放经济与公共财政研究中心，是在我国把公共财政提升到支撑国家乃至全球治理、助推开放经济新高度的历史背景下，成立的新型科研机构。研究中心现有专（兼）职研究人员20多名，全部具有博士学位、副高级以上专业技术职称，现任中心主任胡若痴教授。中心先后为海关总署、中央党校、国家体育总局、森林消防局等多家中央部门及北京市财政局、北京市通州区（北京副中心）发展改革委等多家地方政府部门提供了课题研究及咨询服务；研究人员均有承担或参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家社科基金项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部哲学社会科学重大课题等国家级、省部级研究型课题，以及为各级政府服务的应用型课题的丰富经验；与中国财政科学研究院、中国人民大学等多家高校及科研机构建立了紧密的科研合作关系。

　　

　　中心宗旨

　　通过整合校内外资源，开展国内外学术交流与合作，进行国际间比较研究、科研机构间协作研究、与政府部门间的政学研合作，旨在发展成为有影响力的研究机构，为推动新时期财税体制改革、财政学科建设、政府部门治理水平的提升提供智力支持。站在国家治理与开放经济的视角，吸取各学科的研究力量，借鉴相关学科的研究方法，建设新时期的开放性、跨学科研究平台；开拓消费经济与城市经济研究新方向，为助推开放型经济新体制构建和经济发展水平提升，促进城市和区域发展、消费转型与发展等诸多领域提供智力支持。

　　Centre for Open Economy and Public Finance

　　About Us

　　Centre for Open Economy and Public Finance of UIBE (University of International Business and Economics) is a new-type research centre to contribute China’s economic open and public finance governance. There are more than twenty researchers in the centre now.

　　Its aims are to:

　　1) Leverage UIBE’s expertise to contribute open economy and public finance challenges in economy transitions, macroeconomy and policy research.

　　2) Collaborate with funding agencies, China central, provincial and local governments, other research institutes and sponsors to secure funding for research in open economy and public finance transitions.

　　3) Strategically transform academic research into application and practice in China and the globe.
